How much is my home worth?

The property value estimate is an estimated value of a given property based on various factors such as property details, sales history, recent sales in the area and market trends. Our property report is provided to you by Australia’s leading real estate data provider, Corelogic.

We provide the report for free as we believe everyone should be fully informed on what their property is worth. If you would like to use our services to compare agents and find the best one to sell your property you are welcome to do so, but this is only optional.

It’s important to remember that this is only an estimate – you can’t rely on it as being an accurate representation of the value of your property. Reports might also give you an estimated value range or a single estimate.

A degree of confidence is usually provided next to the estimate given.

As CoreLogic state, the report “is a computer-generated, statistically-derived estimate of the value of the subject property and must not be relied upon as a professional valuation or an accurate representation of the market value of the subject property as determined by a valuer.”
