Di and Glenn needed to downsize, they were only using the top floor of their family home. After five and a half years living in their home – it was time to shift. They knew that the market was tough and they needed a good agent.

In a tough market and a country town, Jon worked hard to sell the property “Our philosophy is basically is to look at every stone, we have a big database system, we are the most proactive when it comes to open homes,” he said, noting that in regional areas- the buyers are more spread out, “You can’t just focus on in one area, but on all sorts of areas in town and out of town.”
It’s this approach that ensures Jon and his agency are the top performing in the area, and Di and Glenn were happy with the result, “We sold within a week!”
