You have received a referral from us because our data indicates that you are the type of agent our client wants to work with.
We are visited by nearly 400,000 people a year interested in finding the best agents in their area. Our rigorous qualification process for property owners means that about 5000 properties a year are referred to agents.
We ask the property owner for information about the property, such as the address, type and tenancy status. This information is then passed on to you, so you have an advantage over competitors before meeting the owner.

We are confident that our information gathering and stringent agent selection process will identify agents that are well-equipped to assist our clients.
We appreciate that agents must invest time and effort into speaking with leads. This means keeping the agent pool small and high quality to give you the best chance of succeeding.
If you agree to receive the referral, and are then successful at renting the property, we ask for a referral fee. If there is no lease signed, we do not collect a fee.

If you have received a referral but have already been in contact with the owner or appraised the property within the prior 90 days, just let us know after receiving the referral and no fee will be payable. For more information, please see our agent referral terms and conditions.
You will receive the client’s details, including their phone number, email address, and information about their property. Please contact the client at the earliest opportunity to give information on your services.
In a follow-up email after accepting, you will receive a link to your personalised partner portal. This is where you can give us updates on how your opportunity is going, or ask for assistance.
Agents that contact the property owner quickly have the highest likelihood of succeeding. Contacting the owner within an hour of the referral will dramatically increase your odds of being appointed.
We have found that after a couple appraisals have been booked, further bookings will often be denied. This means you have your best chance as one of the first few agents to contact the property owner.
