Our difference is that we don't pass you on to any agent; we keep your details confidential, we provide you with an insightful, unbiased report on the performance of all real estate agents operating in your local area and then let you decide, at your complete discretion, which real estate agent(s) you would like us to introduce.
In brief, the report is manually produced to the highest standards and is specifically tailored to you and your property. It is an unbiased assessment of all individual real estate agents (not just agencies) in your local area.
In additional to individual agent experience at selling comparable properties, the report considers how long these properties took to sell and if the agent had to price discount to secure the sale. We also provide you with benchmark commission levels in your area to assist you determine whether you are being fairly charged.
It is NOT a generic, automated report of very little value such as those offered by our competitors.
No, unlike our competitors we don't have a limited database of agents nor do we have alliances with any agents or agencies.
We are unique in Australia as we analyse all local agents and base our findings solely on the individual agent’s sales track record and past customer feedback.
Importantly, we receive the same referral fee regardless of which agent in chosen and are only paid if your property sells.

No we do not charge you anything. Our only source of income is the referral fee we receive from the selected real estate agent and this is only paid if your property sells.
There are absolutely no obligations at all. You are not even obliged to use any of the agents Which Real Estate Agent suggest. There is no paper work to sign and no binding contract.
The only thing we ask is; if you are happy with the report and would like to talk to one or more of the agents presented, that we facilitate the introduction with the agent(s).
You are not obliged to talk to any. We are happy to provide additional information where required and you are encouraged to supplement our research with your own. 95% of our customers value our analysis and ask us to introduce 1 to 3 agents.
No, the referral fee does not increase the costs you incur in selling your property. It is paid by the agent and is seen as a marketing cost as they receive a qualified lead without having to do anything. Unlike traditional forms of advertising they also do not pay us anything unless they receive their commission. It is a zero risk transaction for them.
You are completely free to negotiate with the agent as to the level of their commission, as per usual. We also provide you with benchmark commission levels in your area to assist you determine whether you are being fairly charged.
As each report is manually produced to the highest quality, Which Real Estate Agent reserves the right to not produce the report. In situations where the vendor has consulted with several agents, we generally do not prepare the report. Reports are also not prepared in circumstances where we deem a transaction will likely not occur, for example when requested by industry participants.
