How are you paid? We are paid an industry standard referral fee by the appointed real estate agent, only after the successful sale of your property. As we receive the same amount no matter which agent is used we are completely unbiased. You can use any agent in Australia and the decision is always completely yours.
Is your service biased? No, we don't have a limited database of agents nor do we have alliances with any agents or agencies. We analyse all local agents and base our findings solely on their sales track record and past customer feedback. You are free to use any agent.
What will I receive? The report is an unbiased assessment of all individual real estate agents (not just agencies) in your local area. It is manually produced to the highest standards and is specifically tailored to your property.
Are there any hidden costs? No, there are none. We do not charge you anything. There is no contract or binding agreement. We provide our report for free. All we ask is if you find it helpful that we can introduce those agents you wish to hear from.
Does the agent mind paying the referral fee? No, the referral fee does not increase the cost of selling your property. It is a marketing cost for the agent as they receive a qualified lead without doing anything. They also don't pay us if they don't sell your property, so it is a zero risk transaction for them.
Is the report available to all? As each report is manually produced Which Real Estate Agent reserves the right to not produce the report. For example we don't produce reports for agents or where the vendor has already spoken to several agents.
