Madura Real Estate Agents - As featured in
Madura Property Market Summary

Real Estate Agents Madura

The best Madura Real Estate Agents sell properties considerably better than industry average figures, no matter whether it is in Madura or the Dundas area or all of WA. We detail who these Madura agents are in our free report.

Importantly it is the performance of the individual real estate agent rather than the agency used that matters. Vendors should only use those Madura agents who routinely deliver superior results for their clients. This is crucial to maximise their chances of securing the best possible price for their Madura property.

While we can review agent performance right across the country, we suggest focusing on those individual real estate agents in Madura or the 6443 postcode and immediate surrounds.

Request your free report for the individual performance details of real estate agents in Madura and the properties they have sold over the last couple of years.

With Madura property transactions only occurring on average every 7 years, securing the best Madura real estate agent to manage this infrequent transaction is crucial.

Suburb Overview

Madura is a small roadhouse community located on the Eyre Highway in Western Australia, on the Nullarbor Plain. It is 1,253 kilometres from Perth.

Madura was settled in 1876 as a place to breed quality cavalry horses for the British Indian Army for use in the Northwest Frontier region of India. The horses were shipped from the coast at Eucla. The site was chosen as it was one of the few with free flowing bore water in the area.

Like other locations in the Nullarbor Plain area, the area consists of little more than a roadhouse, open 6:30am to 8:30pm each day. 2 km west of Madura is a scenic lookout with sweeping views of the Madura Pass across the escarpment and the Roe Plains. Natural blowholes may also be found nearby. The area is used for pastoral purposes, mainly sheep rearing. Surrounding Madura is the Madura Shelf stretching 265 600 square kilometres of predominately sedimentary rock, part of the Bight Basin which has been found to contain crude oil and geothermal gradients.
