Tim’s Story

His Goal:
Tim used to live in the 1890s renovated cottage. At the time he wanted to sell he was renting it out and the Tasmanian real estate market was in decline so it was important for Tim to find the best agent to achieve a strong result. Through his experience working in the banking sector, Tim had dealt with many real estate agents, “The general challenge of finding an agent is that you’re going on their reputation, and their results, that’s why the report was so important to us, it gave us access to the information we needed, that would otherwise be very difficult to get.”

Our Assistance:
We analysed all local agents and identified the top performing real estate agents in the Glebe area. Tim decided to interview two agents, and both impressed.
