Wandi Property Market Summary

Real Estate Agents Wandi

The best Wandi Real Estate Agents sell properties considerably better than the average Wandi agents, of which there are approximately 11. We detail who these Wandi agents are in our free report.

Importantly it is the performance of the individual real estate agent rather than the real estate agency used that matters. With over 11 agents operating in the Kwinana council area servicing the Wandi market and 4 agencies, vendors should only use those Wandi agents who routinely deliver superior results for their clients. This is crucial to maximise their chances of securing the best possible price for their Wandi property.

While we can review agent performance right across the country, we suggest focusing on those individual real estate agents in Wandi or the 6167 postcode and immediate surrounds.

Request your free report for the individual performance details of real estate agents in Wandi and the properties they have sold over the last couple of years.

Suburb Overview

Wandi is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia, located within the Town of Kwinana at the Northern border. The suburb was approved on 14 March 1978.

The suburb is zoned Special Rural, which prevents the loss of trees from clearing. The area is mainly divided into 5 acre lots. The land of Wandi is bushland, and some of it is part of the Jandakot Regional Park.

The Western boundary is the Kwinana Freeway. Market gardens in the western area bounded by the freeway and Lyon Road are being developed into a residential area name Honeywood.

Wandi was named after a highly regarded Aboriginal stockman, who drove sheep into Cockburn Sound for anchorage butchers in the 1920s.

Wandi is also known for the amount of diverse alpacas that live there;many of which often escape. These alpacas are usually joked about among the locals as being "rogue alpacas".

A rare, and possibly the last, Chuditch or Western Quoll, an endangered carnivorous marsupial not seen in the Perth area for nearly twenty years, was caught by a rabbit trap in Wandi in March 2009.
